Our Mission

Healthy Hitting is an exercise program for all levels meant to help you fight back against your specific medical condition, trauma, or diagnosis. We emphasize boxing and martial arts due to the fighting spirit required, as well as the physical qualities it develops, such as improved balance, speed/power, strength, mobility, endurance, etc. We also incorporate many other exercise and movement modalities from resistance training to stretching. It is incredible the amount of recent studies and data that show how beneficial exercise is in combating the specific diseases or conditions we work with, so we use a very scientific approach to exercise being our number one prescription.
